About the Role
As a Car Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle to suit their needs while delivering an outstanding buying experience. You will be responsible for building relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting our range of new and used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their requirements and budget.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up sales leads and enquiries.
• Prepare sales documentation and coordinate vehicle deliveries.
• Stay informed about vehicle features, promotions, and industry trends.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Current driver's licence.
