Entrants from our 2026, 2025, and 2024 shows should have received their email with this info by now, if not.... itโs all here!! (we had many emails bounce back)
Please be sure to take a read if interested in attending, with some important info below.
We are hoping to be back bigger and better, and we look forward to inviting you all back to our 2 day event, with Friday and Saturday night camping, food stalls, trade stands, kids entertainment, a bar and Saturday night entertainment.
The gates will open at 12pm on Friday the 22nd.
We are doing things the same as last year, to make it easier on our admin, we will be staggering our ticket categories online again.
With 3 different dates to keep in mind.

โ ๏ธGeneral Entrants (inclusive of all driving events, but NOT BURNOUTS) entries go on sale 7PM THURSDAY 8TH OCTOBER, 2026 - $160
โ ๏ธCamping, Passenger and General Spectator Admissions tickets go on sale 7pm THURSDAY 15TH OCTOBER, 2026
Once again, our burnout entries are capped at 150.

LAST YEARS BURNOUT ENTRIES SOLD OUT IN MINUTES, SO MAKE SURE YOU'RE READY!
There is no limit on quantity of show n shine entries.
When completing your online entry form, please make sure all contact details are correct, (especially phone numbers and AUSTRALIAN residential addresses). If completing an entry form for somebody else, please make sure it is their details, and not your own.
We also ask that you send a photo via email of the car you are entering attached with your name and Booking ID number (booking ID is a combination of numbers and letters), so we can make sure your car will pass scrutineering.
Please note that even though you may be successful and secure an entry, this does not automatically mean you have been accepted, as committee will be reviewing each entry to ensure your vehicle presents to an acceptable condition and will pass scrutineering requirements. (photos needed as stated above).
ENTRANTS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL, by not sending a current image of your vehicle, your entry has not been completed.
We want to advertise who is attending our show, so make sure the photo you email us is a great pic so we can share on our socials! (no screenshots or images with filters, as this reduces the quality of image)
Scrutineering checklist is attached and also available via the ticket link. Please take a moment to read over this.
ONLY ONE CAR ENTRY PER TRANSACTION!
ONE PERSON MAY NOT PAY MULTIPLE ENTRIES ON A SINGLE CAR.
2ND DRIVERS ARE CLASSED AS A NEW ENTRANT.
If car has 2 or more drivers, you must email us the Booking ID numbers so we can separate the entries in timeslots.
When entering, please be sure to select the correct category. Categories are Forced Induction, Normally Aspirated 8 cylinder & Normally Aspirated 6 cylinder.

If you select the wrong category for your vehicle, you're entry will be void!
If you wish to enter driving events, but not Burnouts, please make sure you read the details.
PRICES WILL BE AS FOLLOWS -
BURNOUT ENTRANTS - $200
Entry includes all Driving Events (go-to-whoa, grass events, burnout elimination & most donuts in 30sec), Show 'n' Shine, T-Shirt, Weekend Pass & Camping.
GENERAL ENTRANTS - $160
Entry includes Driving Events (go-to-whoa, grass events, & most donuts in 30sec, NO BURNOUTS), Show 'n' Shine, T-Shirt, Weekend Pass & Camping.
Passengers - $100 (NO driving of vehicle & NO T-Shirt included, NO CAMPING)
Show 'n' Shine - $80. (Weekend Pass, NO T-Shirt Included, NO Driving Events & NO CAMPING)
We will not be accepting passenger passes once the show starts at 8am Saturday.
PASSENGERS MUST BE ONSITE AND PRESENT FOR DRIVERS BREIFING.
NO REFUNDS OR CHANGE OF MIND ENTRIES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
NO SWAPPING OF ENTRIES WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF SHOW - must be approved by RKSMC committee.
Must be finalised by 7th January.
Entrant Number & Burnout Timeslot will be sent via email approx 1 week prior to event.

Children 10 and under are free.
A family pass covers 2 adults & 2 children.
CAMPING - $35 per Adult per night. $50 for both nights. Kids camp free.
SHOW ENTRY IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE CAMPING FEE and MUST be purchased as an extra.
Sites are unpowered. Shower and toilet blocks will be available onsite.
NO CAMPING SUNDAY NIGHT.
**The Kandos Street Machine and Hot Rod Show is organised by the Rylstone Kandos Street Machine Club, run completely by car loving volunteers. We are always on the lookout for new working members to lend a hand, especially the weekend of our show. If this interests you, please pop us a message.
**Sponsorship and Stall Holders applications are now open, if you know of anyone able to support our show, or wanting to apply for a stall, please get them to contact us, and share on your socials.
