It's been a while between updates! We've just been cruising through the daily duties, with plenty of service work and the usual mix of jobs in between keeping the business ticking over.

Today we've got this tidy V8 BA Fairlane in to replace the upper & lower control arms that have worn/split bushes + play in the ball joints. The customer has been slowly replacing the old factory components with quality SuperPro products and bushes, and we're helping bring it all together.

Need some exhaust work? We do everything from basic bolt-ons/repairs to full custom systems.

We had this imported Toyota Verossa in the shop for a full 3" turbo back system.
It’s running the 1JZ-GTE, so we started by bolting on a custom dump pipe with an integrated high flow cat that the owner had pre-built by a reputable local SA company. From there, we fabbed up the rest of the 3" system in-house to finish it off.

Nothing beats a proper custom setup for these JZs. 🇯🇵💨

The other is a WH Holden Caprice 5.7 in for a bit of a breathing upgrade. We fitted up a set of Xforce stainless extractors and high flow cats, followed by a custom 2.5" twin centre into a single 3" tailpipe.

Flows much better now and sounds the part! 🔥

Just a heads up, We are currently offering mandrel bent systems only at this stage.

05 BA Fairlane with the 5.4L V8 in this morning to fix a few oil leaks & service. Starting with the rocker cover gaskets that have gone rock hard, creating oil leaks down the rear of both heads, onto the bell housing and eventually dripping onto the ground.

Is your Mitsubishi making a rattling noise?

It may not be your valves, which this issue is commonly misdiagnosed as! The 4N14 & 4N15 diesel engines are known for wear in the balance shaft drive coupling & gear, which can cause that nasty rattle.
