We are a small business in Jimboomba and specialise in Caravan Servicing and repairs, modifications and custom design work including slide out kitchens, BBQ sliders, bike racks and Grey, black and drinking water tanks. We had a few months back a customer almost made it here for routine servicing. Drawbar literally broke in half as you can see with the patch plates welded on temporarily. Cracked due to mainly someone welded across the bottom of the drawbar rail and cracks begin unnoticed. We completely removed the 100mm x 50mm drawbar right back to the suspension assembly and replaced with 150mm x 50mm x 3mm drawbar and rail section. Refabricated all associated plates and fittings along the way. New engineers certificate supplied with a small ATM upgrade too. Worked out very well.

With Christmas approaching quickly and holiday planning underway, just a reminder to not leave repairs and servicing to a last minute mad rush. Another entry door custom install. This time a motor home owner wanting a van door installed to replace the bus sliding door. Very time intensive remove and replace on the metalwork door shroud to suit the bus body door cutout. Modified the door footwell too. The upholsterer had a real head scratch too trying to flash the transition from the old to new door frame also. All in all looked fantastic when finished. We also customised battery slide out and installed a couple of picnic tables. Owner was quite impressed.

We have been replacing a few entry doors of late. This was an insurance repair after customer had a small incident damaging the top door hinge. Unfortunately these doors were no longer available. We ended up having to cut out and modify the wall cutout for the new Aussie Traveller DC door as well as the entry foot well. Turned out pretty smick job in the end.

Big solar and inverter upgrade done recently for a S3 Quantum. We removed the 2 existing solar panels and replaced with 4 x 185W Victron panels including custom fabricated brackets. New Victron solar controller and Victron 2000W inverter. It was a bit of a mission installing the 13kg inverter, which also required custom mounting brackets, but nothing we can't handle. Looks good and kept most of the storage space too.

We just want to shout out a great thank you to the anonymous customer who poked Heart FM radio to give us a plug. We heard through a customer this week they heard about out business on the local Logan Shire radio station. Customer dropped in for quite a basic job, and was met with, I hope at least, the standard expectations from a small local business.
