The black Cat has had its chassis completely restored.
All new suspension and brakes.
Full paint and detail to stock.

This week was back to the wb ute.
The 1/4 panel was smoothed out.
The sill panel removed and the wheel arch forward of the rear wheel was rebuilt both inner and outer.
A new sill panel fabricated and welded in.
Door and front guard fitted to check the gaps.
The plenum was replaced by others and had to be adjusted.
Once happy I removed the lower part of the door skin and smoothed out the top half of the door while access was good.
I then fabricated the new lower door skin and started to repair the inner door frame as it was rusted out in some areas.

This week's focus was repairing the left rear quarter panel on this WB ute.
I had to take the patern from the right side of the ute as the left was totalled.
The new panels were fabricated from the patterns and some gauges .
Its been welded in and will be planished out monday.
The Xc coupe has had its rear 1/4 panel fabricated.
Again its been welded together and needs planishing and final clean up.
