Wow! Thankyou so much to the lovely people in the community that have donated some tooling to the workshop. It has been an emotional week for so many of us in S.E Queensland and to recieve such kindness and generosity has been a huge lift to the whole team. What's more, we got power back late this afternoon!!
Please be vigilant against the opportunistic grubs that are targeting flood effected properties.
A massive thankyou from the whole team to everyone that has helped us through this week, your support has been overwhelming.

When will this week end?! Still battling with no power to the shop from the floods and now some low life's have decided to break in to the workshop. They have pulled a door straight off the hinges and helped themselves to 90% of our hand tools. No customer vehicles have been touched. We have hired security to stay on the premises tonight as we are still unsure as to when the power will be restored. This won't break us! We are still here and we are working on cars! Please share around and let's track these oxygen thieves down. If anyone in the Ipswich area is trying to sell a lot of Snap On and other specialised automotive tools, please let us know. Best wishes to everyone with the clean up as the waters start to subside.
There is still no power at the workshop and with the multiple road closures causing traffic chaos around Ipswich, we have decided to close for today. Our phones are on if you need to get in touch 👈

Stay safe Ipswich residents. Thoughts with all those that have been flood effected.
While the workshop is high and dry, the power has been cut to the area for safety reasons. This means we are very limited with what we can do and our phones are down. If you need to contact us please call 0406 796 894.

Hope everyone in S.E Queensland is staying safe and dry in this weather event.
Thankyou to everyone who has reached out regarding flood waters and the workshop. After what we dealt with in 2011, this much rain certainly brings back the memories from that horrible time.
Even with the dam releases, the predicted flood modelling shows the workshop will be high and dry during this flood.

As another week draws to an end I would like to take this opportunity to say 'Hi and how are you' to everyone in the community. It is important that we support each other through these strange times. We are all going through this and it effects us all in different ways.
I would also like to say thankyou to our customers who are supporting us at this time. We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety and ours while we stay open to make sure that you can rely on your car while we navigate this uncertain period in our lives. We want to make sure that those working on the frontline to combat this or to provide us with essential supplies can continue to get to work without the worry of car troubles. Huge thankyou to our amazing staff who are adapting and evolving to bring you the best and safest possible service at this time. Well done team!

We are launching a new service - AutoCare Virtual Tech.
With this service you will have access to a trade qualified technician via video call, text or email to help you diagnose or repair your car with access to vehicle specific technical information and wiring diagrams as well.
Prices will vary depending on length/complexity of job so get in touch with us today and we can get you back on the road!

We would like let you know what we are doing to help .
All cars that are worked on will have the door handles, steering wheel, gear selector and handbrake sanitized before and after we work on the car. Your keys will be sanitized when we receive them and after we have finished with them will be sanitized again before being placed in an envelope.
We are also using a sanitizing spray specifically designed for your car's air conditioning system to ensure the vents are fresh, clean and safe.
Floor mats and seat covers are used on each vehicle.
If you would rather not visit us, that's fine, let us know and we will arrange to pick up and drop off your car in the Ipswich area, all at no extra cost!
The office is sanitized multiple times per day and there is hand sanitizer on the counter for your use.
We are doing everything we can for the health and safety of our customers, staff and community during these strange times. We are monitoring and adhering to the advice as it is passed on from Government agencies including social distancing and number of persons in an indoor space.

We are locals, supporting locals, we are open and we are doing our bit!
