Machining a bunch of Quickfuel emulsion jets we had laying around to fit holley ultra xp race series. There's approximately 3thou difference in the head diameter and threads are the tiniest bit bigger then the holley ones whether that's just a quality control problem on the Quickfuel side of things I'm not sure , it was a little bit tedious but didn't take long to turn up 14 jets saving $$$$

454 mercruiser raw water pump modified to fit GM ls1 , standard oem serpentine belt , raw water pump fits in standard power steer pump location, with minimal modification to the head , engine to fit 17.5 ft center mount ski boat with closed cooling through a Mr cool USA heat exchanger.
