🔹Be a trade qualified and licenced Motor Mechanic (holding Certificate III or equivalent)
🔹Have a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on industry experience
🔹Possess strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
🔹Be reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality workmanship
🔹Maintain a valid unrestricted open Australian driver’s licence
🔹Have excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude
🔹Willingness to undertake criminal history check
