You know we’re good at posting when it’s been six months 😅
Truth is, we’ve been flat out, head down, spinning out of control in a straight line, and it hasn’t even crossed our minds.

Here’s a quick flicker of what’s been happening.

Somehow, we’ve ended up actively set up in just about every corner of Australia. Our team this year has been unreal, keeping their game on point day in, day out without issue, and for that we thank every single one of them. Contractors and employees alike! 🫶

We’re now working across the NT, WA, NSW and Victoria, with projects keeping us well and truly swamped. In the process of securing a regional Victoria hub to support works down there.

This year we:
• Clocked a combined 125000km in the Ute's.
• Doubled the size of our team, but never sacrificing on quality.
• Established ourselves in regional VIC and NSW, and some bits back out Arnhem Land.
• Set up a new business launching in January to support broader operational needs across power generation and the green energy sector
• Further rooted our value in the gas and diesel power generation and mining sector Australia wide.

Here’s to 2025 🎉

Steve’s VS Ute, running a methanol-fueled, Haltech Rebel–controlled LS2, is dialled and Gazzanats Darwin NT ready. The cathedral-port LS2 did exactly what it should and put down a clean 430hp and 475Nm 📈

Tuning was seamless with the Haltech Rebel handling all engine management duties and protection. As always, delivering precision and reliability—we’re running Haltech across five of our personal builds and wouldn't look elsewhere.

Brett’s stunning HDJ79 came in for a long-awaited tune and some Unix upgrades!

We installed a 5-map switch and boost controller to unlock the potential of the Unplugged UniX, all while keeping the factory airbox—and she wasn’t shy about making power!

📈 282HP / 700Nm on 35s!
She rolled in at 190HP on gate pressure with stock injectors and 30s—already decent without the chip—but what a transformation!

Mods include:
✅ PDI Front-Mount Intercooler
✅ GTurbo Green Series
✅ UniX Tuning Module with 5-Map Switch
✅ +30% Injectors
⚠️ Still running the stock airbox!

No photo this time (as usual 😅), but trust us—she’s a big rig, loaded with all the camping fruit!

Running a 1HZ with a HD Auto’s turbo kit and compensated pump, it performed exactly how you'd expect from a solid old-school setup.

We kept it on the leaner side for heat management, and the customer reported a huge improvement on the drive back to Katherine. Mission accomplished! ✅

Still sporting the TMS-fitted 11mm pump from a while back, she threw hands for big rubber, meeting its previously HP made on 33s! 37s take about 40hp from 33s, roughly... may vary...

Been pretty slack with posting tunes, but I’ve banged out a couple over the last few weeks — so I’ll try to get them up!

Today was Kevin’s weapon chopped GU.
Had smoke and drivability co.olaints, which I confirmed the second I drove it been pump related.. Threw it on the dyno for a check/tune — and what a mess. Further investigation showed someone had been playing with the pump before Kev bought it and made a mess of it.

The DC3 is a brilliant pump… if a monkey doesn’t try to play with it, lol.

Fixed the pin, pulled a heap of fuel out of the screw — and done.
Picked up to 200hp @ 473Nm from 176hp @ 390Nm. No smoke, clean curve. Check the chart out for a difference!
Next step is get a good UFI18G turbo on it to cut that lag out and she'll be a done deal!

It’s a tow and tourer, so set her up lean and clean. ✅🥶
🚫RPM is not accurate due to cluster mix match to engine (conversion car)

The old, been through a couple of shops and can't sus why it's losing boost suddenly at 2500rpm.
Was suggested a new turbo or potentially fuel system..
Test drive, few checks, popped the air box and fixed. New air filter and out the door.
Was sucking the intake elbow shut under heavy boost due to blocked filter. Easy fixes are the best 🔥 Owner ordered a Fatz Fab air box that night so that'll help at 28psi thats for sure ✅️
