🤔 Ever heard someone say it’s illegal to drive barefoot? 🚗 🦶

To set the record straight, there’s no road rule that says drivers in NSW need to wear shoes - BUT - our rules state that a driver must not drive a vehicle unless they’ve got proper control of the vehicle. So, if driving barefoot impacts your ability to drive safely, you can be penalised 👮

In the event of a crash, comfortable and appropriate footwear could also help to protect your feet 👣
