LPG is available for your all your gas bottle refills. We are happy to fill on the spot or you can drop your bottles off to collect later.
Do not use a cylinder that is out of date. The test date is stamped on the neck of the cylinder, and is valid for 10 years.

Do you need a defect cleared?? Or maybe a registration transferred?? We have you covered for all your inspection needs. We are an Approved Light Vehicle Inspection Station. The most commonly asked questions we get asked are:
Can a motorist drive an unregistered vehicle to a Light Vehicle Approved Inspection Station?
Yes. An unregistered vehicle may be driven directly to a LVAIS for the purpose of conducting a pre-registration inspection. Should the motorist be detected driving the vehicle unregistered, the motorist may subsequently have to present evidence that:
1. The route was a direct route to the LVAIS.
2. That the vehicle was booked in for a pre-registration inspection.
If the vehicle passes can it then be driven home or to a Service Tasmania Shop?
Yes. An unregistered vehicle may be driven directly from a LVAIS to a participating ServiceTasmania shop for the purpose of completing the registration transaction or home.

If the vehicle fails at its inspection can it be driven home or to a specialist for repairs?
Yes.The regulations allow an unregistered vehicle to be driven to a place for the purpose of getting it registered and, if it fails, back to its place of garaging or a place of repair.
