This is the only way to properly test an AGM/Deep cycle or lithium battery.

Constant load over time at either a C5, C10 or C20 rate. These two batteries tested good with a quick battery test. The left one has 28Ah capacity, the right still getting tested.

Now I’m a bit concerned as the batteries aren’t that old and the charging/cutoff system is working fine.
They do hold their surface voltage very well up until they just die.

If you want a battery tested properly I can load test any system up to about 50A constant and 66A maximum short time test. I can only test 12V batteries currently.

Easy tool less trailer wiring solution. Fully waterproof, no soldering required (unless you need side lights).

The plug can be changed rather than using an adapter, the plugs also have a magnet for sticking it on the side of the trailer.

This is a new item on the market and everything is plug and play with connectors colour coded.

Includes 2 tail light assemblies, number plate light & 3 interchangeable trailer adapters (7pin flat, large round & small round)

There is also a 21ft version as well (doesn’t include side lights)! I can splice these in at requested lengths!

Do your trailer lights flash or work incorrectly because of your smart trailer module.

Ford Rangers and BT50s are just a couple of the cars that can cause this issue!

I have an easily installed solution for a little more than the cost of an adapter cable, and as it’s installed in the trailer plug itself it makes for less connections!
