Exciting news, campers! 🎉 Harrietville Caravan Park has a brand new addition that's sure to make your stay with us even more enjoyable! 🏕️

We're thrilled to introduce our shiny new vending machine, stocked with all sorts of goodies to make your camping trip even more convenient and delicious! 🍔🍟🍕

But here's the best part: we need your help deciding what to fill it with! 🤔 For the next couple of weeks, we'll be taking suggestions from our amazing guests (that's you!) on what you'd like to see in our vending machine.

Would you like us to stock up on refreshing drinks to quench your thirst after a long hike? ❓ Or perhaps some sweet treats like chocolates or chips to satisfy your cravings? 🍫🍟 Or maybe some practical items like small milk cartons or other essentials that you often forget to pack? 🤷‍♀️

WHAT TO DO?

In winter, Harrietville is a great base—most of the action is nearby in the snow country. Top ideas:

⛄Drive up to Mount Hotham for skiing/snowboarding (or scenic lookout stops if you’re not on snow).
⛄Falls Creek day trip: skiing/snowboarding or cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and snow play.
⛄Harrietville Museum & History (easy, warm, and local).
⛄Scenic walks on cleared trails around town (wrap up—conditions can be icy).
⛄Tronoh Dredge Hole (if you’re just viewing/using the picnic area)—swimming is usually too cold in winter.⛄

This week, our gorgeous little stream graduated to become a raging torrent of a river. It didn’t get any higher and now all the rain has turned to snow up on the mountain.
