We're looking for a Panel Be**er to join our awesome, friendly crew. We’re a long-term employer looking for someone who wants stability, good people around them, and a workplace where Mondays don't feel like punishment.

Hours:

NOW HIRING – Car Cleaner / Detailer + General Workshop Duties

Do you enjoy making dirty things clean? Can you tell the difference between “clean enough” and “that thing is actually shining”? Then keep reading.

We’re looking for a Car Cleaner / Detailer to join our busy workshop team. We need someone who isn’t scared of hard work, doesn’t disappear every time a broom appears, and can survive hearing “can you just do one quick thing” multiple times a day.

Your duties will include:
• Washing and detailing vehicles
• Cleaning interiors and making them look human again
• Getting vehicles ready for customer pick-up
• General workshop cleaning and duties
• Helping around the workshop wherever needed
• Random jobs that somehow become your problem (we’re being honest)

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has attention to detail
• Turns up to work (a big bonus these days)
• Can work without needing a map to find the broom cupboard
• Has a driver's licence (preferred)
• Experience is great, but attitude matters more — we can teach the rest

What are your opening hours?

Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday 8:00am - 2:00pm
(Excluding public holidays)

Do you provide loan vehicles?

We do not provide loan vehicles. However, we are happy to arrange a taxi/Uber if required or if you have this option on your policy, your insurance company will arrange this for you.

We do have two Private rental vehicles at $45 per day. (Conditions apply)

How can I pay my excess?

Excess payments can be made via cash or EFTPOS. Payment must be made at time of vehicle collection.

Do I need an appointment for a quote?

No appointment required, walk ins welcome during our business hours, this only takes around 10 minutes.

What information is required for an insurance quote?

Please provide your insurer’s name, claim number and if available, a request for quote. When lodging your claim, advise your insurer that you have nominated us as your repairer.

Can I choose my repairer, or must I use the insurer’s repairer?

Most insurance policies allow you to choose your own licensed repairer. We are fully licensed and provide the same warranty as insurer-recommended repairers. If you are not sure you may call your insurance company to ask or it should say on your insurance policy paperwork.

Once your claim has been lodged, the insurer sends us the request for quote or repair authority, we will manage the process on your behalf.

Can I request additional repairs during insurance repairs?

Yes. Additional private work can be quoted separately with the balance payable upon vehicle collection.

Are quotes free?

Insurance quotes with a valid claim number are provided at no cost. General advice and recommendations are also complimentary.

Do you repair repairable write-offs?

Yes we can quote privately for this.

We are an authorized WOVR inspection shop.

WOVR inspection $330 inc GST for cars.

WOVR inspection $300 inc GST for caravans.

Can I drop off my vehicle outside of business hours?

Yes contact us before drop off for details.

Vehicle Drop-Off Policy

We provide adequate notice of scheduled repair dates, so we kindly ask that customers make the necessary arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth and stress-free repair process.
