My personal space lol ( my home shed ). Some people say junk i see Nostalgia, old car parts I have taken off of others cars, to retro fit such as independent front ends, so I'd keep the old gear. Old buggy springs and rear x members 28/32 and Model T, not to mention wishbones front rear, axles and pretty much anything I think can be refurbished and reusable in future projects. As they say, one man's trash is indeed another man's treasure. The rest is just petrol memorabilia I love to gather, for no other purpose but to surround myself in what is a blast from the past. Love the Hot Rod Style or hate it once your in your in for life I feel ❤️❤️❤️

A mates 2 Door Es**rt getting some love. Going back to my roots, rust repairs and paint.
Let's see what's hiding. Left and right rear lower quarters and inner passenger side wheel well, will be required. We've opted for after market replacement panels, non in stock? and they advertise this stuff, anything can be made it's all just time. Good days work, manually sanding with a 3m strip it disc and some wire cup brushes to get into the hard to reach spots. Elbow grease I've found keeps you fit 🤔? Well tired anyhow lol and yes I got the paint out of the spot welds, a wire brush that looks like the old shaving brush is perfect for the job just lean on it a bit🙂

Has anyone felt this way before? I know i have 🙂. Sometimes you have to step back and take a breath of fresh air. I've found over the years it's pretty much all been done before, and if you've ever felt a bit stuck some advice is a God send. Never be to scared to ask, I used to say to my apprentices ( Being a trade qualified Boilermaker and old ) your better off to ask what you feel is a silly question, than to do something your unsure of and look like a goose. I've been lucky to have my Dad and my Dads friends when I was younger, to show the way and passing the passion of Hot Rod building on, we've all started with not much of an idea but like life it can all be a learning curve. If I can help and I'm happy too, send me a Pm and I point you in the right direction. Things that look daunting are sometimes just a mater of perspective, the more you do the more you know. Like I said it's all been done before. Best to all good people and I'm always happy to help a fellow Rods Classics Custom and Bikes enthusiast.

Little A MODEL I had the opportunity to do. The owner gave me range and liked traditional High Boy Styling. So happy days and into it. All work on this car, was done while working at Hughes Stepsides, as their chassis fabricator. Fully boxed chassis, with K member, running a dropped eye beam axle and coil over rear suspension. Also steeled out the floor and put in a new drive-line tunnel, hump and recessed firewall. Set up steering and underfloor brake pedal. Happy days. Best to all .

This photo is 9 years old i put a Chev LS3 into a bronco for a customer paired with a 6 speed auto . His car his choice, went like stink also part of the job was putting a Hughs stepside front end it drove and handled like a dream . Happy days
