Back on Daryl’s HG . There was a tone of work under these 1/4’s to do before welding skins on , rust , making rear windows work with taller tubs , exhaust holes , beefed up all inner structure , made a water catch and pipe though sill so any water that ends up behind the panels funnels out .
Then on to the 1/4 panel they needed a far bit of work specially around the tail light area had to remake a lot of it .got rid of the seem along the cat walk , shaved fuel filler ,and as always we extend our sills on every car we do to get rid of the pinch and so the chassis can sit lower so you get a better seating height in the car as well .
Before we fit the 1/4’s or any panel 2 pac epoxy under and copper spray.

The boot jam all done came up nice and factory looking

Got a little more done on the zephyr ,got the rear lower 1/4 step areas sheeted , started welding all the bits together ...
