Over the past 6 months we have been working on this direct bolt on 1kd gated turbo and today we get to release it.

Finally a direct bolt on 44mm gated turbo that isn’t laggy like the others on the market, with our testing showing that we can easily achieve 25psi by 2000rpm.

We will have these up on the website on Monday and will have a special introductory price for the first 5 turbos

This April marks a huge milestone for us at Diesel Performance & Mechanical as we turn 10 years old! 🎉

What started as a small dream and a passion for diesel performance has grown into something we are incredibly proud of today. Over the past decade, we’ve had the opportunity to build, repair, and upgrade countless vehicles, tackle challenges that pushed our skills to new levels, and stay committed to delivering quality work every single day.

From performance upgrades and engine rebuilds to routine maintenance and now we are the biggest independent parts shop in Gympie, we’ve worked hard to become a shop our community can trust. None of this would have been possible without the support of our amazing customers, friends and family.

QUALIFIED MECHANIC – FULL TIME

About the Role

We’re seeking a motivated, experienced qualified mechanic to join our expanding team. You’ll be working across most makes and models, carrying out:

â–  General mechanical repairs
â–  Servicing
â–  Performance upgrades

This is a rare opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a performance-focused environment.

What We’re Looking For

â–  Qualified mechanic
â–  Self-motivated and hard-working
â–  Willingness to learn and take direction
â–  Strong teamwork skills
â–  Performance knowledge preferred but not essential
