We’ve added an ultrasonic cleaner to the workshop and we’re pretty impressed with the results so far.

This auxiliary drive mounting bracket came out looking almost brand new.

Great for cleaning engine components, carburettors, throttle bodies, brackets, nuts, bolts and plenty more.

Whether you’re rebuilding an engine, restoring an old vehicle or simply have parts that need a seriously good clean, give us a yell!

She’s finally in action!

Our extra-long, extra-wide 6 tonne 4-post hoist is officially operational, and what an awesome first customer to have sitting on it!

This classic Chevy gets the honour of christening the new hoist, and we reckon it couldn’t have been a better choice.

Here’s to many years of lifting everything from classics to workhorses!

If you’ve been into the workshop lately, you’ve probably met our 4-month-old apprentice mechanic, Lucy. Thanks to her, child safety is a regular topic around the workshop!

We’re excited to announce that MKC Mechanical Repairs is now an Authorised Child Restraint Fitting Station. We can professionally fit, inspect and adjust child restraints, as well as install child restraint anchor bolts where required.
