📣🎉 Did you hear?! We've been named by Racing NSW as Country TAB Race Club of the Year in Categories B and C.🏆🐎

It’s an achievement that belongs to a lot of people. Our committee, staff, volunteers, sponsors and supporters all play a part in bringing racing in Gundagai to life, along with the owners, trainers, jockeys, racing participants and racegoers who continue to support our meetings.

Country racing is built on community, and we’re incredibly proud to see the work that happens both on and off the track recognised in this way.

Thank you to and everyone who plays a part in GARC. This one’s for all of us. 💙

Proud to sponsor local rider Tyla Smith at the recent 2026 Equimillion. 🐎

Tyla and Game Player still stepped into the ring after plenty of preparation, competing in both the 1.10m and 1.20m classes.

As Tyla put it, “Even though the results weren’t as we hoped, it’s always great to be able to step out into the ring and compete on these versatile thoroughbreds.”

Equimillion is a fantastic opportunity to showcase life beyond the racetrack for NSW-bred, named or raced thoroughbreds, and we’re proud to have played a part in helping Tyla and her team get there.

Well done, Tyla and Game Player! 👏
