We did it!!!!

Our first day running the park and cafe.
Our brains are fried but our hearts are full.

Thankyou Amanda and Drew so bloody much. We have walked into the most wonderful business which is such a credit to you guys!

Thankyou to all of our family and friends from far and wide for their kind words of support and support in general!

Thankyou to our lil tech, bar and kitchen wizard Beau Land. We would have honestly been up Molongle Creek without a bloody paddle if we didn’t have your clever young brain!!

Thankyou Margerite and Merv for everything and anything you do. The kindest most helpful people ever! Your work never ever goes unnoticed.

Also our beautiful cook Lena. You my lady are a gem. Plz never leave us.

And last. Thanks to our kids and Chloe and Max. Thanks for holding the fort and helping in anyway you can. We did alright with you guys

🔥 Our Branding Day was a huge success! 🔥

We were thrilled to welcome participants who travelled from far and wide, bringing their branding irons to leave their mark on our new Farmers Table.

The table has now been sealed and proudly takes centre stage in our outdoor dining area, where we hope it will become a place for friends, families, and travellers to gather, share a drink, and swap stories for many years to come.

A special thank you to Mark Howard and Rob Rea Jnr for being our branding heroes on the day and helping make the event such a memorable one.

Thank you also to Cade and Chrisop for donating such a beautiful table. It feels especially fitting that as you begin your new journey here at Molongle, your craftsmanship will remain at the heart of now your café.

A big thank you to Rob for making sure our own brand found its place on the table as DNA (Drew & Amanda).

And a huge thankyou for our very own slab of timber that has been branded for us as a going away present. This will definitely sit pride of place at our home.

To everyone who came along and left their mark—thank you for being part of something so special. We look forward to seeing the table become a gathering place filled with laughter, good company, great drinks, and plenty of stories for generations to come. 🍻🤠

What an incredible day we shared at our café last Sunday supporting a very special little local legend, Rowen Davenport.
At not quite 2 years old, Rowen is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for a brain tumour. The overwhelming support shown by our community was truly inspiring.
With a live auction expertly run by auctioneer Nick Malone, along with generous memorabilia donations from Action Helicopters Capella we were able to raise an amazing $12,007.30 for Rowen and his family.
The day also featured a table branding display, helping create a fantastic community atmosphere while raising awareness for this important cause.
A massive thank you to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, bid in the auction, and contributed in any way. Your generosity, kindness, and support do not go unnoticed and will make a real difference for Rowen and his family during this challenging time.
Together, we've shown what a caring and supportive community can achieve. ❤️
