Are you mechanically minded, organised and someone who knows how to get things done? 👊
We’re looking for a Workshop Manager to join our busy smash repair business.
Panel Beating or Spray Painting experience is NOT essential — although it would definitely be an advantage.
What we’re really looking for is someone who:
✅ Is mechanically minded and practical
✅ Can confidently manage a busy workshop
✅ Has great organisational and communication skills
✅ Can coordinate jobs, staff and workflow
✅ Is confident dealing with customers, suppliers and tradespeople
✅ Can problem-solve and think on their feet
✅ Takes pride in getting the job done properly
✅ Is reliable, hands-on and not afraid to get stuck in
If you’ve worked in mechanics, automotive, machinery, trades, transport, construction or another hands-on industry, we’d love to hear from you.

🚗 Experience in the smash repair industry is a bonus — the right attitude and mechanical mindset are more important!
