Progress on the steel reverse cowl for this ford bonnet today at a stage we will get the customer in to make sure they are happy before fully welding it together

Then onto fine tuning and bonnet inner frame customisation before we can weld it on

A few months back lent a hand to a mate to get his HT Holden ready for a wedding, in a short time a few all nighters and we got her done we also ran out of time so no filler work was done this is just metal fab prime and paint and really it's not going to need much of a smooth out latter

Loads getting done at the moment

EK got the tunnel welded in and right a pillar internals re built with correct crumble zones

Charger has its chassis rail made ready to weld in yes we're on the charger again I know and then going to be blasted and filler work done

Rambler is getter a QTR section made

And best out of everything shaping has started for a steel reverse cowl for a ford

Were still here smashing panels out.
Little bit on how I like to get my steel work before moving onto filler not everything has to be file finish to be right and knowing a safe tolerance for filler is very important will be posting loads more now and a few smaller jobs that have came in and out so stay tuned

We have been back onto the EK new body full swing lately i have a new worker Matt who's been smashing it on all the smaller bits of rust around the body got the top tail gate sitting in position to finish off the lower after it's extensions rust repairs that have been carried out with every bit more done we are closer and closer not a great deal more rust now and we can move onto the next stage

Had a follow up visit on the Apache today double checking everything now it's been done and driving for a bit The main part was re adjusting door Catches as the rubbers settle in perfect day for a cruise with the owner after to top it off
