For the first time ever, Legend Cars W.A. will host an official Season Launch, and we couldnโ€™t be more excited for what is shaping up to be another massive year of racing.

With the 2026/2027 season getting underway in October, weโ€™re giving everyone plenty of notice to lock the date away and join us as we celebrate the beginning of another chapter for our category.

Scott Nichols has won his first Australian Championship! Scott chipped away all season, trying different things and pushing himself every race, and his hard work has paid off. His lowest finishing position this season was 4th, finishing on the podium in 10/14 races. He claimed his first feature win at Hi-Tec Oils Toowoomba Speedway in December, came ๐Ÿฅ‡ in the QLD Speedway Legends Championship and now sits atop the podium in the 2025/2026 Australian Championship. For the second year in a row, Ken Melvin has finished 3rd outright in the Australian Championship! He was on the podium in 11 out of the 13 rounds he competed in around Australia which is a huge leap of improvement to last season and heโ€™s not showing any signs of slowing down. Darren had a ripper of a season winning 3 rounds - including the #1 NSW Title - finished 2nd in the Australian, ACT and QLD titles and finished on the podium in a total of 8/9 NSW & A.C.T. events. Tobyโ€˜s first season in Legend Cars was incredibly successful, finishing 3rd in his first 3/4 meetings before showing a lot of seasoned drivers how itโ€™s done when he came through the field in the Australian title to finish 5th.
