We’re looking for an experienced Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team in a full-time position at our Tamworth branch.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week, and would suit someone with automotive parts experience who enjoys customer service, working with a busy team and keeping things organised.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a qualification in spare parts interpretation or has relevant automotive industry experience
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Is confident handling customer and dealership enquiries by phone and in person
• Has strong computer skills
• Is keen to learn and works well in a team environment
• Can follow directions and complete tasks with strong attention to detail
• Is reliable, punctual, honest and well presented
Your day-to-day duties will include:
• Picking, packing and invoicing customer orders
• Assisting customers with parts enquiries and front counter sales
• Liaising with customers, dealers and other Diesel Care branches
• Coordinating inter-branch stock transfers and freight logistics
• Processing supplier invoices and customer payments
• Assisting with stocktakes
• Completing daily banking tasks
• Helping maintain a clean, organised and productive workplace
