SERVICE ADVISOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused member to join our team, to continue to provide the exceptional level of service Bendigo Service Centre offers.

Do you have astounding customer service skills? Clear communication skills, patience, professionalism and a people first attitude? If yes, we’d love to hear from you!

In this role you will act as the point of contact for existing and new customers, showing excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities of the position include:
• Meet and welcome our customers
• Answer telephone and personal enquiries
• Schedule appointments, provide quotes and invoices for customers, ordering parts and stock control
• Accurately maintain customer and vehicle records
• Maintain excellent communication with customers
• Have exceptional time management
• Be a team player
• Manage the daily flow of work

APPRENTICE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Automotive Technician.

If you have a positive, 'can do' attitude, passion for providing great service and a willingness to learn and work in a team environment, then this is the opportunity for you!

Throughout your day, your duties include assisting service technicians while learning to diagnose, maintain and carry out repairs to a wide range of vehicles. We will provide you the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through completing on the job training and completing an approved course of formal training through TAFE.

Do you have?
• Passion for the industry
• Current driver's license (desirable)
• Willingness to learn
• The ability to follow instructions
• Hands on approach
• Good communications skills

🎄 Christmas closure 🎄
We wanted to just thank you all for your ongoing support over the last 12 months. It means the absolute world and we greatly appreciate it and hope everyone has a safe and wonderful Christmas and New Year. We will be closing the workshop from the 22nd of December and will be back on the 9th of January.

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a fully qualified technician to join our busy automotive workshop.

You will be part of a well-tuned team with many years of experience and knowledge surrounding you. Opportunities will be aplenty including:

• a pay rate well above the industry average

• a fortnightly RDO arrangement

And in return we ask that you have:

• completed relevant trade certificates
• hands on diagnostic experience
• full drivers licence
