galvanised inside and out. This application of coating steel with metallic zinc provides an extremely durable protection from rust. Stainless and galvanised bolts are used where necessary and the wheels are also hot-dipped galvanised. Trailer lights are fully submersible with LED technology- safer, very bright, last longer, use less power and are more durable than conventional lights. Wheel guards are welded steel- Welding allows for the stresses to be spread across a wider area, and for joins to be rigid so you can stand on them while loading/working on the boat

A proper boat fit isn’t just sitting it on the trailer and hoping for the best. We set everything up so it tows safely, launches easily, and doesn’t damage your hull.

What we do:

• Crane lift – Safely lift the boat off the trailer for full access
• Roller / skid adjustment – Align everything to suit your hull shape
• Weight distribution setup – Correct tow ball weight for safe towing
• Axle position check – Adjust if needed to balance the load properly
• Winch post & bow stop alignment – Secure and support the boat correctly
• Keel support setup – Make sure the keel is taking the load (not just rollers)
• Side support adjustment – Keep the boat centred and stable
• Trailer height & launch angle check – Easier launching and retrieving
• Final safety check – Ensure everything is tight, aligned, and road-ready

Why it matters:

Bad setup = Dangerous towing, uneven tyre wear, and potential hull damage.
Good setup = Smooth towing, easier launches, and peace of mind.
