Before every trip, take a few minutes to check your safety equipment. Make sure your lifejackets are the correct type, are in good condition, meet the current Australian Standard, you have one for everybody onboard, and are worn whenever they're required.

Because in an emergency, your lifejacket could save your life.

With final days till close of entries this Friday, we introduce Alpha Tauri! This Hick 39 competed as Arctic Blonde in last year's race and is returning this year under her new owner, SYC's Vice Commodore Wayne Kirby. Built initially as a day sailor, this boat has proven its worth in many offshore races. Principal Race Sponsor GCCM has also been a traditional supporter of this boat, and AT continues to carry the livery for this event.
