A big job I’ve been doing the last few months, 2010 hilux 1kd into a Toyota HJ45. Used some of the Hilux loom for front end and under dash, running the 2010 hilux cluster, and then wired it up to a 70 series blinker stalk that has headlights and wipers on it ( this took ages to get working like factory) , wired in a new fusebox and 1kd pedal and ecu, I had to wire this loom to plug into the factory untouched hilux 1kd loom as I didn’t have that loom.

Spent most of the day modifying this rebel loom to suit an l98 6l80 today . Much neater than when it was unboxed. Some wires shorted and some adapter plugs removed and the 6l80 loom added . Now ready to be fitted to engine and wired to car in afew weeks. Got two more rebels to do next month but they will be fully stripped and most of the loom will be custom made to suit some showcars.

Just knocked up this neat fuel pump relay and fuse setup for a four fuel pump assembly twin turbo falcon. Now to finish ...

Finished another fte into a gu patrol, this patrol was a td42 which needed to tacho modified for it to work and rest of the gauges are all working properly, also wired up trans cooler fans and loom was modified so ecu and spill valve sat under dash and also wired up a unichip . It all starts and runs good .

Going to be a busy 2nd half of the year with afew shows cars to rewire for exclusive panel and paint. It’s good to get back to making neat braided custom engine looms and hidden engine bay wiring and full rewires .

On the final stages of this new braided Haltech elite 2500 loom to plug onto a Nissan vh45 motor, new main engine loom and new coil sub looms and injector loom . Will be powered up and tested this week.
