Renault Trafic in with a blown hydraulic clutch line between the master and slave cylinder, leaving the customer with no clutch.

New genuine Renault line supplied and fitted, clutch system bled up and customer back on his way with a perfectly working clutch again! 🚐👌

Throttle body replacement on this Mitsubishi Pajero Sport.

The internal gears had worn down and were skipping teeth, triggering engine warning lights, reduced engine performance and causing DPF regenerations to fail.

New throttle body fitted to get everything operating as it should again.

Volkswagen Polo GTI twin-charged model in for a failed water pump magnetic clutch, causing loss of drive to the supercharger along with a horrendous scraping noise.

The owner told me several workshops had already turned the job away due to the complexity, or simply not wanting to take it on.

New water pump, drive belt auxiliary belt new coolant fitted, everything checked over and the supercharger is back boosting as it should.

Back on the road again, fault-free reliable and without any nasty noises

Volkswagen Scirocco R in for a rocker cover gasket replacement

The old gasket had failed, causing oil to leak externally and into the spark plug tubes.

Rocker cover removed, mating surfaces thoroughly cleaned, contaminated areas cleaned up and a new gasket fitted.

All back together and leak free

Now the more fun stuff on this 2004 Toyota Prado 4.0 V6 getting a suspension overhaul a 2” lift kit front to back new lower control arms and drop links wagon came up a decent height and riding much more comfortable
