After being off the road for 2 years we helped the owner if this F6 BA Typhoon get it running by doing the following:
- Tunnel vision built engine
-DCS Twin plate clutch and T56 6 speed manual gearbox
-Plazmaman twin surge tank
-Plazmaman intake manifold
-6Boost Vband manifold
-FPV oil cooler
-KS Racing 4 inch catback exhaust
-GJ Drivelines 2 piece custom shaft
-Pulsar G42-1450 Turbo
-Bosch 1650cc injectors
-Process West stage 3 intercooler
- Custom stainless steel 3 inch no holes intercooler piping retaining factory foglihts using Taarks boist clamps
-Custom 4 inch stainless steel dump pipe
-Custom 5 inch intake pipe
-Custom 2.5 inch wastegate pipe
-Modify 6boost manifold by welding 60mm vband wastegate fl**ge ring
-Brand new Radiator
-Brand new power steering pump
-Brand new powersteering high pressure line and switch
-Brand new drive belt pulley and drive belt
-Brand new alternator
- Wire in Ti automotive 150 psi fuel pressure sensor
-Wire in Ti automotive 150 psi oil pressure sensor
-Wire in Haltech Rotary trim boost switch
-Wire in twin relays for walbro 460 surge tank pumps including staging of 1 pump by the ecu
- Haltech Elite barra plug in
-Haltech CAN guage
-Haltech wideband 02 Sensor
-Haltech 4 port boost solenoid
-BC BR coilovers
-Custom -8 dual feed fuel lines
-Custom -6 water feed and return lines
- Custom -3 oil feed line
-Custom -10 turbo oil drain line
-Custom -3 boost solenoid lines
-Strip,reassembled and refit brembos after powdercoating
-new brake fluid and bleed
-fit Vmax J hook discs and EBC yellow stuff pads
-Replace rear wheel bearing and hub
After Tunnel vision competing the tuning side of things we ended up with 812 RHKW.
