Terex Posi-Track intermittent hydraulics fault.

The owner reported intermittent hydraulic operation at full engine load, with the machine losing all functions and becoming unreliable on the job.

This was caused by aeration within the hydraulic system, leading to a loss of pilot pressure and inconsistent hydraulic operation.

Worked through the system to get on top of the issue and restore proper functions.

Back to smooth operation and ready to get stuck back into it 🔧

Old Scania getting sorted for rego renewal 🚚

This truck had an issue with an intermittent A/C blower fan fault and required a full check-over for registration accreditation. We diagnosed the electrical issue and repacked and adjusted the lazy axle bearings to ensure everything was running smoothly and was compliant.

This Komatsu excavator dropped a track and blew a hydraulic hose while working at the bottom of a dam, leaving the machine stuck with heavy rain forecast.

We refitted the track and replaced the damaged hydraulic hose to get the machine mobile and back to work before the rain rolled in 🔧
