Like most race bikes the use of titanium bolts in engines are a one use only thing. Customer had tried to use them again and snapped one.
Managed to use an easy out to remove the broken stud and as it was a 2014 YZ450 for trail use only replaced with high tensile bolts and then checked valve clearances before going back together.
Bike is now ready for much more trail use.

We had a Honda 2015 CRF150f last week the that wouldn't run properly.
It would start, but would not rev out and cough and splutter and backfire. We had it running like new again with a few adjustments to the valve clearances and some carburetor work. The whole job cost less than $150 with parts.

Got a race on the weekend. Need new wheel, swing arm or headset bearings etc. and can't get time due to work and other commitments.
Bring your bike to us and we'll get it done for you before race day. Save you the head ache and rushing around. If it's something you do pay for anyway we will also save you a few dollars as well.

Local to Gladstone we offer all mechanical work and also a dedicated electrician as well for those problematic electrical issues.

When we say we will do all and any jobs needed, this CHINESE quad had multiple issues from lose engine bolts to a cooked wiring harness. Although This may look a little messy, it's an organised mess.
Chinese bikes can be a little difficult to source correct parts but not impossible. A complete wiring harness was sourced though another reliable importer, cheap and spliced onto the bike fixing all its wiring issues.

This one will be a little longer restoration. 1983 Honda XR250r. Funding parts can be an issue for bikes this old but not impossible.
