We’re proud to share that we’ve officially relocated from Brisbane to Gladstone, Central QLD. This move allows us to:

Bell B30E Dump Truck Intermittent Shutdown

Had a Bell B30E that kept randomly shutting down, losing all power at any speed. These kinds of intermittent faults are always the hardest to chase, since the issue isn’t always present during testing and it comes down to a process of elimination.

In this case, the culprit turned out to be the CCU power relay. It had come loose from its mount and rubbed on top of the CCU module, causing the relay to lose connection intermittently.

Great feeling when the machine finally gives itself away and you can lock down the root cause.
