More cars, more Christmas magic, more festive fun and, most importantly, another opportunity to bring our amazing Gladstone community together! ❤️

🎁 HELP US MAKE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL FOR LOCAL FAMILIES! 🎁

Once again, we are proud to be supporting our local Women's Health Centre, helping them bring a little extra Christmas joy to families and children throughout the Gladstone region.

We know Christmas can be a financially stressful time for many families, and we want to do our part to make things a little easier.

We are now welcoming donations of:

🧸 New, unwrapped toys for children of all ages

🥫 Non-perishable food items to help local families over Christmas

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help the Women's Health Centre support families who could use a little extra kindness this Christmas. ❤️

At M8s Rates Mechanical, we believe Christmas is about more than presents and pretty lights. It's about bringing our community together, supporting one another and making sure local families know they haven't been forgotten.

🔧🚙 ISUZU D-MAX INTAKE CLEAN! 🚙🔧

What's hiding inside your diesel engine? 👀

Another Isuzu D-MAX in the workshop for an intake clean!

Over time, diesel engines can suffer from carbon build-up in the intake system, particularly from the combination of exhaust gases and oil vapours.

This build-up can restrict airflow and affect how your vehicle performs.

⚠️ Signs your diesel may need an intake clean:

🔧 Sluggish acceleration

🔧 Reduced engine performance

🔧 Increased fuel consumption

🔧 Excessive carbon build-up

🔧 Poor throttle response

A thorough intake clean removes built-up carbon deposits and helps restore proper airflow, allowing your engine to perform as it should.

💪 At M8s Rates Mechanical, we're about keeping your vehicle running at its best, not just fixing it when something goes wrong!

Whether you're driving your D-MAX to work every day, towing the caravan or heading off on your next adventure, preventative maintenance can make a big difference.

💙 WE WANT TO HELP – 10% OFF QUOTED REPAIRS! 💙

With the cost of living continuing to rise, rates coming in and everyday expenses seeming to hit all at once, we know things are tough for a lot of families right now.

So, for the end of September and throughout October, we want to give something back to our amazing customers.

🔧 Have you received a quote from us in the past couple of months?

Maybe there are repairs you know your vehicle needs, but you've had to put them off because the budget just wouldn't stretch far enough.

We'd like to help.

For a limited time, we're offering a huge 10% OFF the total quoted repair on eligible repairs we've quoted over the past couple of months.

That could make a real difference on some of those bigger repair bills and hopefully help you get your vehicle repaired, safe and back on the road without quite as much pressure on the family budget.

At M8s Rates Mechanical, we're a family-owned local business and we understand that sometimes there simply isn't enough money to cover everything at once. We want to work with our customers wherever we can.

📞 Get in contact with us today with your previous quote and let's see what we can do to help.

❤️ Thank you for continuing to support our family business. Your support means more to us than you probably realise.

🙏 Please share this post and help us reach more families in our amazing community who may need a little helping hand right now.

🏕️ Getting ready for the next adventure! 🔧

This camper trailer was in with the team at M8s Rates Mechanical for some important maintenance before hitting the road.

🛞 New tyres
🔧 Wheel bearing repacked
🔍 A thorough check-over to make sure everything is looking good

Camper trailers can spend plenty of time sitting between trips, so checking your tyres, wheel bearings and overall condition before a big run is well worth doing. The side of the highway is a terrible place to discover what maintenance you forgot. 😅

Whether it’s your daily driver, 4WD, work vehicle or camper trailer, we can help make sure you’re ready to hit the road.
