Widest wheel I've ever had to build. 18"x 8" laced to a BMW R8 hub. Don't know how it will handle but should look good. Standard 16" x 3" Harley rim for comparison.

Ok. So we're in to the new year and after a few weeks off its back to work with the usual stuff. But I've had a couple of interesting jobs to keep the brain ticking.
1951 Panther wheels. 1916 Thor wheels. Only the second set I've done in over 35 years or more.
And a pair of 1924 Henderson wheels with 19" well base rims for better ride and safety.

Restoration on some 1978 Maico 490 wheels. Great job by Ryan Clayton at Custom Mods getting the colour match on the rims. Look just like the original anodizing.
