Fitted up this electric brakes unitto a customer's triton ready for their new caravan.
Best unit in the market has auto calibration and main unit all hidden behind the dash and has the remote fitted to blank switch plug for the factory look.
Changed trailer plug to 12 pin socket as well.
Happy and safe caravaning for this customer.

Couple more photos of the commodore.
Also cleaned the sump and pick up as well lucky I checked it as look how blocked up it was. Should runn for years again now.

This is a commodore timing chain replacement. See how much it has stretched.
Common problem if they aren't looked after service wise.
Replaced new chains gears and tensioners. All running great and no engine light on.
Gave a full service while their as well.

Hey guys been abit quite on here but still been busy. Here is some rear brakes I replaced on a hiace van. Adjusted handbrake and back in the road.

Front bushes replaced and off for a wheel alignment to straighten up.

Re wired this Harley's start switch up
As had pinched the hidden wires under it.
Starts like a dream.
Ready to cruise again 🚀

Custmers hyundai Iload had blown a turbo.
Most of the time it's from soot build up from injector seals leaking and blocking the oil feed to the turbo then BANG. Turbo blown
You can see in the pic how worn the copper seals were.
Replaced them, turbo oil feed line and new turbo.
Had the injectors checked while out and replace 2 as were faulty as well.
Cleaned out the intercooler as well.
Full service and back on the road.
Best it ever drove said the custmer😊

Another happy custmer sorted and back on the road.😃
Gearbox was slipping badly in his hilux.
Replaced with heavy duty kit
Resealed a couple of oil leaks on gearbox while out and back on the road the next day.
Get in touch if your gearbox isn't feeling right get it sorted before it's too late.
