Congratulations to Paul for recently reaching his 15 year milestone at McColl's. Dylan our Farm Milk Collection General Manager recently presented Paul with his 15 Year Service Award, highlighting his dedication, reliability and knowledge demonstrated during his time with us.
Paul has had many different roles within McColl's over the years, but now looks after our Farm Milk Operations across Eastern Victoria. His expertise and leadership as our Regional Manager for Gippsland doesn't go unnoticed. Well done Paul! 👏🚛

Supporting the next generation in Geelong!

McColl's was proud to welcome a group of Year 10 students from the Spring Back Geelong program to our Geelong depot last week.

Run through Geelong Youth Engagement (GYE), Spring Back takes students out of the classroom two days a week for a term, giving them the chance to explore local businesses and government organisations and get a real feel for career pathways outside the classroom.

Our Operations Manager for Victoria Nicole Chittick took the group around the depot to show them what life in bulk transport actually looks like, from the trucks and the yard to the people who keep it all running.

We've been supporting Spring Back since 2024, and it's a great reminder of how much value there is in opening our doors to young people in the local community. Exposure to real workplaces early on can shape the direction someone takes for years to come, and the transport industry has a lot to offer.

Thanks for having us involved, GYE, and welcome to the depot to all the students who came along!
