Newman Mechanical offer a wide range of services and mechanical repairs. Main focus is customer service. In 2011 saw Newman Mechanical win the Quest Business Achievers Award of which we thank our wonderful customers for the support. 2012 and the workshop is being expanded with a new waiting room, more hoists and possibly more staff to keep up with the demand.

Every time your vehicle is on the hoist, we're also inspecting the steering, suspension, brakes, driveline, cooling system and looking for leaks or worn components that could cause problems down the track.

The team is inspecting the exhaust system while the vehicle is up on the hoist. This allows them to check the exhaust piping, mounts, joins and nearby components for leaks, damage, loose fittings or wear that could be causing unusual noises or performance issues. Getting underneath the vehicle gives a much clearer picture of what is actually going on.

This is where a proper engine rebuild begins.

After removing the engine from the vehicle, we completely strip it down to find the root cause of the problem. The engine is then sent to a specialised engine builder to be professionally rebuilt. Once that's complete, it returns to our workshop where our team reinstalls it, carries out all the necessary testing and quality checks, and gets the vehicle safely back on the road.

It's a big job, but taking the time to do it properly is what ensures reliability, safety and peace of mind for our customers. At Newman Mechanical, we're committed to repairs that last, not shortcuts.
