MOTORSPORT READY!
This gorgeous Alfa was brought into us to fix a bunch of issues, along with finalising a flex fuel calibration on the EMTRON SL8 ECU. The car had already been tuned but left a bit to be desired with constant stalling, spluttering coming onto boost etc….
We started by fixing the underlying issues:
✅Installed a wideband sensor in the exhaust
✅Fitted an appropriate alternator to allow it to charge when electrical load was in use
✅Wired up the EMTRON Can Gauge
✅Fixed the leaking spark plug threads
✅Performed a custom Flex Fuel calibration

MOTORSPORT READY!
This delicious supercharged S650 Mustang was brought to us to solve some issues the customer was having at the racetrack. Excessive outer front tyre wear, significant understeer on corner entry, along with underwhelming lap times.

We started by fixing the underlying issues:

✅Steeda full rear end geometry package
✅Steeda front adjustable strut tops
✅Stay Tuned Motorsport wheel alignment

Then, we joined the customer at One Raceway for some tuition and setup. The car is faster, more predictable and looks after its tyres.

Next, we will bolt on some Vitour Motorsport Tyres Australia Tempesta P1 tyres and see what this thing can actually do!

✅Genuine Isuzu Turbocharger replacement and associated diagnostics

This one was having underboosts, overboosts, all the boosts! The owner who is quite handy narrowed down the possibilities. It came to us innitially to diagnose the issue with certainty, and then repair.

The actuator and vane pack in the old turbo had major issues, so a new genuine unit was fitted which combined with fixing some boost leaks and EGR issues, got this truck back to where it needed to be for us to carry out one of our stage 1 packages. The results we achieve are beyond what is achievable by anyone else in the industry. Our reliability record with these trucks is 100%.
