Job Description – Wrong Fuel Drainage & Fuel System Restoration
Vehicle was towed in with the customer concern that approximately 55–65 litres of wrong fuel (unleaded petrol) had been filled into this 2023 Kia Carnival Diesel.

Work Performed:
β€’ Accessed the fuel tank and fully drained all contaminated petrol from the system.
β€’ Added fresh diesel to prime the system for safe operation.
β€’ Removed and replaced the fuel filter to prevent any contaminated fuel from circulating.
β€’ Performed a complete fuel-system clean using Cataclean – Fuel & Exhaust System Cleaner, ensuring all fuel lines, injectors, and internal components were cleaned.
β€’ Started the vehicle and kept it idling for approximately 30 minutes to ensure stable fuel delivery and smooth running.
β€’ Conducted a 3–5 km road test; vehicle performed normally with no misfire, hesitation, or abnormal symptoms.

Outcome:
Vehicle is running smoothly and is safe to drive. All systems tested good.
