Has your mechanic ever told you your spark plugs are worn or arching. Here is a photo of some we took out of a V8 Commodore today. You can see how worn the plugs on the right are compared to the ones on the left. You can also see the arching marks on the ceramic on the spark plugs. Needless to say, the car was nor running well until we fixed it. So, when you are recommended to change your spark plugs this is why.
