🚀 What sets us apart is our relentless pursuit of improvement.
This is Jack's 2015 SRT Jeep.
With a relatively small change to optimise the camshaft position, we saw a dramatic reduction of approximately 3.5psi of boost pressure, with no loss in overall power.
Put simply, optimising the valve events allowed the engine to utilise that airflow more efficiently, rather than turning it into heat and backpressure. The result is a more efficient combination that works smarter, not harder.
We're constantly working to ensure our range of HEMI camshafts performs at its absolute best. Development never stops. We work closely with some of the best minds in the country, discussing data, modelling airflow, challenging theories, testing ideas, and then heading straight back to the drawing board to refine and improve.
One small tweak at a time.
A huge thanks to Crow Cams for custom grinding the revisions, allowing us to test, validate and provide real-world feedback that helps further refine the product for HEMI enthusiasts around the world.

Here we have our two apprentices, each working on an engines that were stripped right down to the bare block.
One thing that has become increasingly apparent over the years is the number of apprentices and even qualified tradespeople who apply for positions having never been properly inside an engine. Many are chasing top dollar, yet have never removed a piston from an engine or been involved in a complete rebuild from start to finish.
At RJM Custom Automotive, we take great pride in passing on real-world skills to the next generation of mechanics. Having knowledge is one thing, but having the opportunity to learn and apply it is just as important.
That's why we don't shy away from the big jobs. Whether it's an engine rebuild, engine replacement, performance build, diagnostics, or tuning, we believe the best way to learn is by getting hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.

When this SRT Jeep came in misfiring, our first step—always—is cutting open the oil filter. No major metal there, so we ruled out a wiped cam or lifter. Next, we ran a compression test to pinpoint the cylinder. Once we pulled the rocker cover, there it was: a broken valve spring. Step by step, we diagnose and solve!

Holly brought in her FG Barra Turbo, feeling a little down on power. Turns out, a sneaky factory intercooler pipe had called it quits behind the bumper. We fitted a fresh Antz Performance piping kit, upgraded fuel pump and injectors, gapped the plugs, and gave her a proper tune on the dyno. Result? A healthy 437hp with the airbox open, and 413hp closed. Holly’s beast is back, and stronger than ever!

We love this industry and give it our all, always learning. Yet we can face threats and demands that disregard reality. We stand by our team, our work, and the passion that drives us. We’re simply asking for honesty and respect—because we’re real people, striving to do our best for you.

Please understand, as a small business, that we really do care about our customers, and that means when someone abuses us (especially a non customer), I really do care ! It hits home, I'm a real person just like you guys. This table is a commanded Air fuel ratio table, not a corrections table. No wonder the tune was locked, to hide this s**t !

AFA'S VF in for a camshaft replacement after a non genuine lifter failed. Making it drive better and more reliable was his #1 concern. We set to work with a stocked camshaft and goodies and made a solid 440hp +. Afa was a true gentle giant and pleasure to deal with every step of the way. Even though he could throw me across the room! #

VCM Performance 883 camshaft getting the job done again. This camshaft provides the best of both worlds when executed correctly. Clean driveability strong mid range and low down torque! Coupled to one of VCM's OTR kits. The great thing about this camshaft is that even in a manual vehicle at 60kmh you can be in 6th gear and it still drives smooth with no real hesitations from poor low speed engine airflow. This is the reason we switched this car back to a Mass airflow sensor arrangement to give us greater definition on the fueling maps at low rpm and cruise.
