I have spent my professional career working on perfection! It was only when I had a family I realised (after years of trying to control it) I needed to let go of my idea of perfection and let life and circumstances take over!
I controlled the Xmas tree at home for many years. As a VM it was a huge move for me to let it go and let the kids do their thang 😱
But it was only then, that the true beauty of Christmas and what it means was evident!
Our tree at home has never looked better than when my kids decorate it 💕

Sometimes when perfection is the ultimate goal the true beauty of the moment is sacrificed. Either way the beauty of nature wins every time 🌅🎄

Our Smashing little business, is celebrating its 21st Birthday today!

On the 9th the 9th of 1999 Smashing Windows Design & Display was born into the business world.
Since then we’ve designed and installed thousands of displays all over Victoria. Our first client was Edge Clothing then it just grew all through word of mouth.
Clients like Dakota501, Miss Sixty Jac n Jean , , Ford Performance Racing, Amcal Pharmacy, Treasury on Collins, Double Impact Displays countless beauty and hair salons, homewares, trade shows, Pharmacies etc...
Times have changed and these are the toughest we have ever seen but we are still here.
We are proud of all we’ve achieved along the way and the work we’ve done with the help and support of so many. Thanks to everyone who’s worked with us over the years as clients, staff, suppliers, family and friends. 💕🤩

Well where did the time go?
Today marks the 20th Anniversary of Smashing Windows Design & Display!
On the 9th of the 9th of 1999 we opened for business and the rest is history! Since then we have designed and installed thousands of displays all over Victoria. Our first client edge clothing we will be forever grateful to, for that is were it all began! From there it just grew, all through word of mouth, no website until 10 years later. Clients like Dakota501, Misssixty, Jac n Jean, Youthworks, Ford Performance Racing, Treasury on Collins, countless beauty and hair salons, trade shows, Pharmacies etc... many businesses have come and gone but we are still here!
We are so very proud of all we’ve achieved and the work we’ve done with the help and support of so many. Thanks to everyone who’s worked with us over the years as clients, staff, suppliers, family and friends. Here’s to the next 20 years!
