Tim Perry mechanical is on the lookout for a shed/workshop to rent/lease.
Preferably within 5km of forbes centre
Must have power and water
Looking for somewhere Tim can base himself out of and carry out larger repairs as majority of Tim’s work is carried out on site.
If anyone knows of a suitable location or lead let Tim know as he’d appreciate it greatly

Tim Perry Mechanical is on the lookout for a part time secretary to help with every ending paperwork and emails .
This is a very flexible position (10-20Hrs a week ) work from your home when it suits you. Laptop, printer etc can be supplied. A agricultural background would be an advantage but not essential.

Roles would include: preparing repair invoices at completion of jobs, managing incoming emails and invoices, payroll, BAS etc.
experience with MYOB a advantage but not essential as training in system can be organised.
