We do Roadworthy Certificates, are fully licensed child restraint fitters, all service work including logbook services, engine rebuilds, transmissions, suspension, brakes....

we offer a pick up and delivery within a couple of kms, and we have 2 courtesy cars available for your convenience- these must be prebooked.

🔧 Wheels in the Workshop - June 2026 🔧

A couple of weeks ago we had real classic in the workshop – a bright orange P76 Leyland!

It's always a pleasure working on these older vehicles and helping to keep a piece of Australian motoring history on the road. Classics like this may be a little different to today's cars, but they still need the same attention to detail and quality workmanship. 🚗🧡

🔧🚗 Ever wondered why we sometimes call and recommend replacing a drive belt during a service?

This photo shows the difference between a worn drive belt and a new one. A drive belt is responsible for running important components such as the alternator, water pump and air conditioning compressor. Many people may know it by its old name – the "fan belt".

Over time, drive belts can become cracked, worn and brittle. If a drive belt breaks while you're driving, it can lead to overheating, charging system problems and potentially expensive repairs.

That's why we check belts during routine servicing and recommend replacement when they're showing signs of wear. A relatively inexpensive preventative repair can help avoid a much bigger problem down the track. 🔧🚗

⚡ Exciting things are happening at New Belgrave Motors! ⚡

As more Australians make the switch to electric and hybrid vehicles, we're making sure we're ready to support them. We're currently completing the final training and equipment requirements needed to carry out Roadworthy Certificates for both electric and hybrid vehicles.

This new capability will complement our existing services for petrol, diesel and LPG vehicles, allowing us to continue providing roadworthy inspections and servicing for the broad range of vehicles on our roads today.

Stay tuned—we'll be sharing an update as soon as we're ready to offer EV and hybrid roadworthy inspections.
