A truly awful and unfortunate event which has really shocked our local community.

A genuine caring beautiful mother has been taken from our community and there is no way it won't be felt. This community needs patience, consideration and care for one another, especially after something so awful has happened.

Amarok V6 coolant shut off valve repair (Coolant Leak)

Does your Amarok use coolant?
Can't seem to see where it's coming from?

It's probably the coolant shut off valve (Connected to the swollen coolant hose in photos). Used to regulate coolant to the EGR cooler and heater core. Pressure is applied to the cooling system and a borescope is used to inspect for leaks in the engine valley.

While everything is apart, it's always recommended to replace the engine oiler cooler gasket, coolant fitting on RHS, replace coolant hose tc.
