⚠️Important Guest Notice: Cybersecurity Alert ⚠️
We have recently been notified of a cybersecurity breach from RMS, our external booking system provider. Fraudulent emails and WhatsApp messages that appear to be from Summerstar Tourist Parks are circulating asking you to click a link to verify your booking details.
This is a phishing scam:
• Do not click on suspicious links or open unexpected attachments.
• Do not provide personal or payment details to these requests.
• Verify any unusual booking or payment requests directly with us.
• We will never ask for your personal details via WhatsApp.
• Contact us if you receive a suspicious email.
If you have already clicked it or entered any details, please contact your bank immediately and report it at www.scamwatch.gov.au.
For now, here is some information we do know:
• Vault tokenisation is used when taking payment, your physical credit card details are not stored on our system.
• Your upcoming booking with us is safe and secure.
• For any questions about your booking, please contact us directly with the contact details on our official website: www.summerstar.com.au
