A much needed trip home to Newcastle. Got to spend a bit of time with family. Piper finally got to meet her 96year old great great aunt. Frank got some quality time with his older cousins. Me and the Oldman finally finally got his Landrover going after 10 year of sitting half finished. Had at least 100 cups of tea. Got to have Newcastle version of a fancy dinner in a old railway signal box with the wife, Lauren Kennedy while nan and pop looked after the kids. Got to see a game of real footy. Finished a motorcycle build for the nephew, had a couple great bits of cow at the denman pub. Frank now says dance, chance, and plant properly. He also got to meet some of my oldest friends and got stay at one of army mates houses in Wagga on the way up thanks Jack Magarry one day I will live in the awesome part of the world again.to quote frank "we need a spare house in Newcastle" Now for the long drive back to Adelaide.
