Moffett M5 in the workshop for repairs to the pentagraph. The actuating cylinder pin had snapped causing the frame to bow out of shape. To get our pin holes back aligned we needed to machine oversized bores and bush to suit our new pin.

Once reassembled, hydraulic hoses and wiring was fixed and this machine was back out working.

Bobcat T595 - Crank no start, East Kurrajong

On site in the Hawkesbury looking at a Bobcat posi track with a no start issue, found no fuel was getting to the system. Removed pick up tube and as suspected pickup had fallen off, a common issue. Parts ordered and fault rectified.

We diagnosed an oil sensor to be leaking amongst other issues including - leaking radiator & front main crankshaft seal.

CASE TR270 loader with an intermittent cutting out fault. Through diagnosis we found a communication error to the main control module due to bad connection in module plug. Fault rectified and back to operating.
