¡Un debut mundial en el 49º Trial Indoor de Barcelona! 🤩

La moto eléctrica de trial de Honda debutará a nivel mundial en una competición oficial de trial indoor el próximo 8 de febrero en el Palau Sant Jordi. 🔋

La RTL Electric será pilotada por Miquel Gelabert, subcampeón del mundo de Trial2 la pasada temporada con la RTL tras sumar cinco victorias y nueve podios. ⚡️

El mayor de los Gelabert participará por quinta vez en el Trial Indoor de Barcelona, mientras que la RTL Electric será la primera motocicleta eléctrica que salte a la pista del Palau en 49 ediciones del trial indoor decano. 💥

Montesa es la marca más laureada en Barcelona con un total de 26 triunfos, firmados por Toni Bou (18), Marc Colomer (4), Dougie Lampkin (2), Andreu Codina (1) y Jaume Subirà (1). La Montesa de Subirà se llevó la victoria en el primer Trial Indoor de Barcelona, celebrado en 1978. 🏆

Richard Kent- very happy to win the T3 class for 2026 in our local multi-round MTQ series. Young Mitch Teale also finished second in the T2 adult class to add to the Australian and NSW Youth championships he has won this year.

Totally enjoyed my first Trial on the new E Pure Race at the SQTA Meringandan event on Sunday, October 5.
The performance from the new generation motor/controller and beefed-up Xiu clutch was clearly evident to me after the couple of hours of practice I did on the new steed prior to the comp on the beautiful rocks at this venue. By lap 2 of the competition, I was starting to feel more confident and made some good cleans and ones in the sections. It was a hot, 30 plus degree day and I really had a struggle on lap 3 with my energy levels and staying on line in the sections. The battery in the EM is now amazing autonomy with its more energy-dense pack, way better than my 56 x year old body, finishing the day on around 55% SOC (state of charge).

Many thanks to the Teale family for having the 3 x days of Trials activities at the Erinvale property. Neil Price is a brilliant Trials coach and had all the students well inspired for improving their riding.

It seems to me like Honda have got some sort of 'sound augmentation' going with their new E-Trials machine. Notice how it gets louder when the torque is approaching maximum. What do you think?

The Electric Motion factory in France has recently been bolstered by the new part owners Yamaha who recognize that EM are powertrain technological leaders in the off-road motorcycle segment.

EM have also announced the new importer for Australia- Kal Daley is a Trials enthusiast with 20 x years experience in electric off-road bikes and will be looking after the EM bike importing and owners, moving forward.

Kal has confirmed the following models have just left the EM factory, on route to Australia, arriving in May.
